CALL FOR PAPERS
La Revista Diké, Irene y Eunomía (RDIE), de la Facultad de Derecho y Humanidades de la Universidad Central de Chile, invita a la comunidad académica a presentar artículos para su primer número. Este número busca explorar los tres temas de investigación del Programa de Doctorado en Derecho:
- Ética, Teoría de la Justicia y Derechos Humanos.
- Derecho Penal y Criminología.
- Derecho Civil.
Los manuscritos deberán enviarse a través de la página web de la revista https://rdie.tirant.com/index.php/rdie/index, indicando su interés en participar en esta convocatoria y siguiendo las normas de presentación que pueden consultarse aquí https://rdie.tirant.com/index.php/rdie/normaspublicacion. Los manuscritos serán sometidos a una revisión inicial por parte de Comité Editorial y, posteriormente, a una de doble par ciego.
Idioma de los manuscritos: inglés, español, francés, portugués e italiano.
Plazo de presentación de artículos: publicación continua. Se recibirán trabajos hasta el 21 de marzo de 2025 para ser incluidos en el primer número.
Fecha prevista de publicación: número 1 (junio de 2025)

The Revista Diké, Irene y Eunomía (RDIE), journal from the School of Law and Humanities at Universidad Central de Chile, invites the academic community to submit articles for its first issue. This issue seeks to explore the three research topics of the Law Doctoral Program:
- Ethics, Justice Theory and Human Rights.
- Criminal Law and Criminology.
- Civil Law.
Manuscripts must be sent through the journal’s webpage https://rdie.tirant.com/index.php/rdie/index, indicating their interest in participating in this call and following the submission guidelines that can be found here https://rdie.tirant.com/index.php/rdie/normaspublicacion. Manuscripts will be subject to an initial review by the Editorial Committee and, subsequently, to a double-blind peer review.
Language of manuscripts: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian.
Deadline for article submission: continuous publication. Works will be received until March 21 2025 to be included in the issue no. 1.
Expected publication date: issue no. 1 (June 2025).
