RECEPCIÓN PERMANENTE DE ARTÍCULOS

El Comité Editorial de la Revista Diké, Irene y Eunomía (RDIE), del Programa de Doctorado en Derecho de la Universidad Central de Chile tiene el agrado de invitar a la comunidad académica nacional e internacional a someter manuscritos para su proceso de Publicación Continua.

 

Ejes Temáticos Prioritarios

La RDIE mantiene su interés en explorar y debatir los tres ejes de investigación centrales del Programa de Doctorado en Derecho:

 

  1. Ética, Teoría de la Justicia y Derechos Humanos.
  2. Derecho Penal y Criminología.
  3. Derecho Civil.

Proceso de Presentación (Convocatoria Permanente)

Modalidad de Presentación: El proceso de recepción de artículos es de convocatoria permanente. Los manuscritos aceptados serán incluidos en el volumen en curso o el siguiente, según los tiempos de evaluación.

Envío de Manuscritos: Los trabajos deben enviarse exclusivamente a través de la página web de la revista: https://rdie.tirant.com/index.php/rdie/index (indicando su interés en la convocatoria).

Normas de Presentación: Los autores deben consultar y seguir estrictamente las normas editoriales disponibles en: https://rdie.tirant.com/index.php/rdie/normaspublicacion.

Idiomas Aceptados: Se aceptan manuscritos en inglés, español, francés, portugués e italiano.

Proceso Editorial

Todos los manuscritos sometidos serán sometidos a una rigurosa revisión inicial por parte del Comité Editorial y, posteriormente, a una evaluación de doble par ciego (double-blind peer review).

The Editorial Board of the Diké, Irene y Eunomía Journal (RDIE), affiliated at Doctoral Program in Law  at the Universidad Central de Chile  is pleased to invite the national and international academic community to submit manuscripts for its Continuous Publication process.

 

Priority Thematic Axes

 

The RDIE maintains its interest in exploring and debating the three central research axes of the Doctoral Program in Law:

  • Ethics, Theory of Justice, and Human Rights.

  • Criminal Law and Criminology.

  • Civil Law.

 

Submission Process (Permanent Call)

 

  • Submission Modality: The process for receiving articles is an open and continuous call for papers. Accepted manuscripts will be included in the current or subsequent volume, depending on the evaluation timelines.

  • Accepted Languages: Manuscripts are accepted in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous initial screening by the Editorial Board, followed by a double-blind peer review process.
