Ethics on scientific research with double standard in Latin America: towards a regional instrument for the protection of human rights

Abstract

This work addresses the issue of double standards in human research from a critical perspective centered in Latin America, considering the situation of the international framework and the context for the creation of current scientific policies, it concludes with a proposal for the development of a regional instrument for conducting human research, based upon recent antecedents and founded on human rights.
